Through her job, Asha evaluated threats to the safety of our nation as well as conducted investigations that were classified of suspect foreign agents. In the FBI Asha was exposed to interrogation using electronic surveillance techniques firearms and the use of force to kill. Asha was a Fulbright scholar who received an honorary degree from Princeton School of Public and International Affairs. She studied the constitutional changes in Bogota Columbia. Her law degree was obtained from Yale Law School, where she served as a Coker Fellow as well as a law clerk to the Judge Juan R. Torruella of the U.S. Court of Appeals First Circuit located in San Juan Puerto Rico. She is a member of the State Bar of New York (2003) and Connecticut (2003). Asha is a regular journalist for ABC News and has written op-eds for The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, as well as The Washington Post. Asha serves as a board member of Just Security, and she's also a Council of Foreign Relations member.
